Refund Policy

If you are ever dissatisfied with a product, please give George or Raquel a call. Your hard earned money deserves respect so please let us know right away and we will make it right. Our phone numbers can be found on the footer of any of our website pages.

Individual Classes: You can request a refund up to 48 hours prior to a class date. After that time, we will issue a 50% refund if requested, or you are welcome to reschedule for another date of the same class purchased.

Courses: You can request a refund up to 48 hours prior to the initial start date of a course. After that time, we will issue a 50% refund if requested, or you are welcome to reschedule to another date. We give you an entire year to complete the course provided the classes are taken in sequence and there isn’t more than a 4 month gap between any level of the course. After said time, you are welcome to finish the course, but you will need to pay for any missing classes at full price, and the certificate of successful completion will be awarded after evaluation of knowledge and skills.
